heated pool, beautiful location, convenient room service

Water served in paper cups is embarrassing!!! Basic room amenities like slippers and a mini bar would elevate the experience!!! Lack of food options in all-inclusive package during check-in is frustrating!!! Live music until late is not ideal for relaxation!!!

The room is spotless and compact, it comes with the belongings, a bath tub. The stuff are efficient, everyone.

brand-new family room with views of the sea. a laptop-size safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed were convenient. excellent and absolutely perfect location of the hotel, near the shops, marjan island and water sports & other activities.

I was utterly dismayed by the lack of any proper beach experience. The sand was just a mix of seashells that hurt to walk on. Can we talk about the pool situation? Just one small pool for a crowded hotel is ridiculous. I nearly gave a good review but then just couldn't bring myself to do it.

It was a bright hotel, we loved it.

Loved how modern looking the property was and its well-trained staff from the assistant manager. We ate at a very nice restaurant with great atmosphere...

Such an excellant stay especially in holidays. Clean hotel in a nice building just off the beach. Ideal location in Marjan island with views of the ocean. Compact room with comfortable beds, attentive and efficient stuff.

I was appalled by the rude staff at reception. After a long wait to check in, I found my room wasn't ready, and cleaners were still inside. The food quality was dreadful. It lacked variety and flavor.

It was just a prime choice for one night in Ras al-Khaimah with decent value for money. The beachfront infinity pool provided a relaxing escape after a long drive. Try to ask about room upgrades. They can be helpful.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Daily cleaning was fantastic. Our room was always super clean and inviting.

The only downside was a slight wait at check-in, which took about an hour.

The infinity pool with stunning ocean views was the highlight of our trip! 😍 Breakfast had great choices, but the check-in wait was a bummer.

The room featured a fantastic sea view, made waking up a pleasure. The heated pool was a good retreat from the busy beach. The staff, especially the Indonesian housekeeper on the 9th floor and the operations manager, provided excellent service that stood out .

The hotel was quite crowded at times.
